State of California currently demonstrating that Homelessness is unconstitutional.

Homelessness violates the constitution because it definitively functions as cruel and unusual punishment for poverty and idleness. The state of California spent 7 billion on homeless services in 2021. It would cost 13 billion a year To house all 500 k people who are homeless in the US in 2200 dollar a month apartments, the average cost in Los Angeles. There's supposedly 172000 homeless people in California. Housing them in 1 bedroom apartments at 2200 a month would cost 4.5 billion dollars or less than what was spent on Homeless Services.
