Food Weight Daily Log

*I'll note that i get media sports and other feedback and terrorist activity regarding my exercise and diet. So here it is. 

 I'm going to do the food daily log here as nobody asked for it on twitter so here is my progress from here on out.

I got tired of the food log but this is basically what I eat. I've added elliptical 20 minutes every other day w/ 10k steps and 14 k steps on off days.

But I will do a weight log here just to keep track. I will weigh in between 3 and 6 every morning;

It was my mom's birthday weekend so I didn't really track my steps and such with obsession, I aimed for 10k but I was 2 lbs heavier at the doctor's than I was 6 months ago. So I basically understood that i gained 3 lbs over winter from 180 to 183 as my lows. So no weigh in today. NBA back tomorrow i'll begin weighing again to show correlation: 2-22 plan
