So I didn't think of Neurosurveilance or Mind Reading along these lines, but Nita A Farahany says that the FDA is likely going to regulate neurotechnology that provides data for individual users on the market and may classify them as class 3 or something. Anyways Farahany writes that once this technology develops and comes to market, that individuals should have a "right to know" what they think in their head or what their brain does. And while I think this author maybe is trying to pave the way for mental reception to this tech, I can see how people should have a right to know what their brain does. When I am experimented on with the street theatre drama skits and other things, on some level people are informing me of my thoughts, while perhaps distorting them much of the time. So ok, sure, I could see how as a subject of this experiment, I've grown accustomed to knowing thoughts not readily discernable or memorably significant in my moment to moment living recollection and on some level I could see wanting to possibly know what my brain activity records via an AI mind reader, such as how it reacts or the data of its reaction to eating avocados or too little or too much exercise or eating sugar etc. And Im not sure id like this or if it would be a net benefit. But I will say I don't like others having the right to my thoughts.

Thoughts on Kobe Lebron Jordan debate
Upon more reflection on this debate between Kobe Jordan and Lebron, I think Lebron is better just by virtue of the fact that he was essentially equal in scoring ability and the fact that he could pass so well and rebound. What he does passing the ball is incredible for a guy that can get you thirty easily. I think all the playoff teams in the NBA in the past 20 years were overall better than what was there in the 90s. So sure jordan played teams that won 50 some odd games but there was less talented players throughout a roster. The best team Jordan beat was the Pistons and Isaiah Thomas was a year from retirement. I don't think the competition compares in the conference finals just on what I watched. But still you could say Jordan or Kobe would thrive in modern era. So I'm not trying to say Jordan would be unsuccessful in modern era, but I just think it wouldn't have been 6 for 6 in finals and maybe not even 6 finals. And maybe Kobe doesn't get 5. Stats are somewhat irrelavent its like saying wilt scored 100 points. Sure, you can never take that away from him, but he did it against weaker competition. I dominated my grade school companions in basketball but when I got to high school i didn't make the team. COmpetition matters. I am someone who thinks that AI Brain control tech is being used in the past 5 years. I don't think Luka or Jokic are MVPs. I think there's an effort to exalt euro players to grow the sport and increase profit by selling it overseas. I think Lebron maybe isn't the current MVP in the NBA still, but I think he is better than Jordan and Kobe. I believe he played handicapped by business of NBA so Competitively speaking it was more pure in the 90s and early 2000s but talentwise I think the better players played in the past 20 years better athletes better skills better team basketball. I just feel like Lebron wasn't gaurded by the Craig Ehlos of the world...I watched. I personally feel just watching the game and watched each play and believe Lebron played far superior competition outside Boston who Kobe played against.

My take on these abusive tic toc challenges and psycho behavior based on social media is that kids are dupes and are being used to debase a platform that functions as an antidote to "rich people news" or corporate news that dominates the narrative surrounding our society. Social media provides a platform for powerless poor people to have affect on narrative and spread information. Just like the way the FBI or police will use pink haired undercover officers to disrupt and commit violence at a protest or political meeting so are there armies of people conducting that type of operation to debase political organizing on the internet and in society. It's all part of a greater Operation Gladio type operation to create a strategy of tension so that people will ask for more authoritarian governance and is against democracy prevailing.

Left vs right in politics
How do we ignore fact that there are seemingly divides in politics among the masses. The call to say the left-right paradigm is false may apply to dem repub, but not to the reality that there is a group of people that largely fall into the following left right paradigm. What neither really adheres to is ethical behavior.
Essentially there are definitely people on right that is ok with the market economy controlling or being the final arbiter in social affairs and damned be the environment or status of ecological systems. The right generally wants to conserve system and are ok with rich people controlling society and rewarding competing hard workers and talented people while letting impoverished and "lazy Untalented losers" fight for scraps or live in poverty without any sort of change to greater system. This, often, is linked to a belief in divine nature of fascism or capitalism but sometimes is based on social darwinism and a belief in a natural order. There is also like a secondary cultural identity of loving domineering violent males and warmaking and hating gay sex or any non- biblical condoned people. Historically this was previously the space for imperial racism and an identity around that, which is still a legacy that lives on to some degree.

There are also people who identify as left that want other factors to regulate market economy like common good, environmental health and sustainability, human rights, generally want to make changes to system, see it as fallible and are not ok with rich people controlling society don't want the masses to compete for resources but unite and are not ok with poverty. Generally the left wants to eliminate poverty and want the earth to survive. The left generally wants some changes to system, some want to dismantle it replace it with left wing systems. there are people who identify as left that don't agree with war as the default state of humans and don't see capitalism or fascism as natural order or believe in it as natural order. The left generally more favorably supports feminism and female elevation to roles of political economic and social power. There are people who identify as left that want to rectify injustices of imperialism and racism and support diveristy.
The trick is recognizing that there is in fact this divide and in supporting democracy as a compromise between them, then finding compromises between them as each makes its case.

Some probably fascist woman was asking liberals if they were “down to fight”
I don't know why I responded to this nutbag. Some probably fascist woman was asking liberals if they were “down to fight” and I actually responded that I don’t fight people for pleasure but if someone attacks me I would but I fear being so enraged I kill them and they that I don’t find fighting to be pleasurable.
Im just saying I don’t know how angry I’m going to get in a conflict. I try not to be angry and keep my emotions under control but I fear my own anger. I’m pretty good at avoiding conflict I actively try to maintain my emotions but there still is potential for losing control. It’s outside chance but capacity exists in me which I pretty much soothe or excercise control over pretty well. When you are a little 5’9 person like me this is a good idea, as im likely to lose but I’m also potentially dangerous if I rage. So I stick with self preservation of peace seeking. I don't enjoy violence and it really repulses me.
I gave up on politics.
I gave up on politics like I have a general sense and know my feelings beliefs on variety of things but I basically know my little corner of Knowledge and life's experience and brain's reaction to politics. I don’t go down paths of inquiry about like various things like fentanyl or covid. I have thoughts on it but I don’t do the intel test research thing. I find both camps to be annoying, but i think that is by design to undermine two party democracy in America while there is no hope for 3rd 4th and such.
