It’s pretty embarrassing to tell people I have voices in my head due to mental health stigma and discrediting as being insane. With the information coming out about Havana Syndrome and how it is caused by microwaves and it produces voices in the head of victims including FBI agents, it helps but you still now are potentially seen as an enemy of some org which keeps you in the category of unsafe or abnormal when in actuality I am in a pretty controlled system.
