Allowing people out of Prison

My thoughts on allowing people out of prison for violent crimes after like 30 years or something is that there should be some sort of condoning of it by victims, but I understand that not all victims like a family will agree so that actually is messy. I don't know... I think for non violent crimes that it should happen. I think we should be brainstorming and moving toward something besides prison it breeds violence and depravity while perpetuating criminality and is torturous and inhumane. I actually think we should be spending more money on prisons and making them positive places that rehabilitate and not for profit until we figure out something else.
